What is the return policy?

Due to the nature of our products, purchases made from our site are nonrefundable and nonexchangeable.

When will I receive my item?

Since all of our products are hand-made and carefully packaged, the processing time for orders take 1-3 business days and shipping will take  5-7 business days.
